Overview
Every year, Jordan’s Grade 10 families face the same countdown. Tawjihi season is coming, and the preparation that matters has to start early.
Jo Academy wanted to reach as many of those families as possible with a real offer: a free foundation account covering four core subjects, plus a personalized teacher list sent straight to them over WhatsApp.
The hard part was never the offer. It was the volume. Reaching tens of thousands of families by phone, in Arabic, before the season opened, would take a large sales team months and a budget that made the unit economics impossible. So Jo Academy ran the whole campaign on one HeyBreez voice agent instead.
The Problem
Getting a voice agent to say hello is easy. That part is solved.
Getting it to introduce an offer, qualify a Grade 10 student, answer a parent’s questions, capture who is actually interested, create the account or send the teacher list, and then call back everyone who missed the first ring, 124,644 times, in Arabic, against a hard deadline, is the part that breaks teams.
A skilled human rep places roughly 300 calls a day. To make 124,644 calls inside the campaign window, one person would be dialing for 415 working days. More than a year and a half. The season would be long over.
That gap, between a call that works in a demo and an operation that runs to completion at country scale, is exactly the part most voice platforms hand back to you. It is the part we built.
The Build
We deployed HeyBreez voice agents to run the campaign end to end, in Arabic, with no script reading and no human in the loop. On every call, the agent did the full job:
A call only counted as a success when it produced real downstream value: an account created, or a teacher list sent. Not an answered ring. Not a polite goodbye. Outcomes.
Where it was won
Most platforms get the agent talking, then leave the rest to you: the retries, the missed calls, the parent who says “call me tonight.” That is where outbound campaigns quietly leak their results.
On this campaign, 3,144 families asked to be called back. HeyBreez logged every one and dialed them again on its own. 350 of them converted on the second attempt. Eleven percent of the callbacks turned into student accounts that would not exist on a platform that stops once the first call ends.
That is the operational layer doing its job. Not the conversation. The follow-through.
Reach was always the ceiling for us. A small team can only call so many families before the season starts, and the season does not wait. We put the whole campaign on one operational layer. 124,644 calls in the window it used to take to plan one. Every student we reached is a student who got the head start.

Time & Scale
The agent ran 124,644 calls between May 19 and June 7, across 71 hours of runtime. To match that pace inside the same window, a human operation would need 53 reps dialing at once.

What the data tells us
Ten batches ran across the window, targeting Umniah subscribers, fresh lists, and re-dialed no-answers. Each batch sharpened the next.
41.7%
Audience quality compounds
Batch 25 hit 41.7% against a 22.9% average. Iterating on targeting mid-campaign nearly doubled conversion, on the same offer and the same agent.
350
Callbacks add closers
3,144 families asked to be called back. 11.1% converted on the second try. Wins that disappear without the operational layer behind the call.
28-38%
Carrier segmentation is a lever
Umniah-targeted batches outperformed generic lists on both pickup and success. Targeting at the carrier level is a real, repeatable advantage.
124,644
The unit economics work
124,644 families reached, 7,493 converted. A 6% conversion rate on a free, low-ticket offer. Enough volume and hit rate to make outbound voice pay for itself.
Economics
Matching this campaign’s pace by hand would take 53 reps, each placing 300 calls a day, all working at once for 7.8 days straight. HeyBreez ran it as a single automated campaign - for half the cost.
